To pause or cancel your Autentibox subscription, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your subscription. If you write from another email address, include enough information for us to identify your account.Pause
You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months by emailing [email protected].
To make sure the next box is not billed or shipped, please email us before your next billing date.Example 1:
If your billing date is the 1st of each month and you email us on 20 June asking to pause, your subscription will be paused before the 1 July renewal, so the July box will not be charged or shipped.Example 2:
If your billing date is the 1st of each month and you email us on 3 July, your July renewal has already happened. Your pause will apply from the next cycle, so the August box will be the first box not charged or shipped.Example 3:
If you pause for the full 3 months before your 1 July renewal, your subscription will stay paused for July, August, and September. Unless you ask us to resume earlier, billing and shipments will automatically start again from 1 October.You can also ask to resume earlier at any time by email.Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by email.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period following the one in which we receive your notice, which means one additional monthly box will still be charged and delivered after cancellation.Example:
